To start off i love this car and all M3's more than any car i have ever driven. The comfort, agility, and speed of this car are so well balanced every corner will have you leaving with a grin on your face.

I would like to sell because i am looking at buying a house in the near future. That being said if i dont get a good offer i will just keep it!

Some details about the car:

Phoenix Yellow with black leather interior. A beautiful and rare color that you must have a unique taste for.
Never winter driven
Body in amazing shape with only minor chips and very small scratches.
3m tape on front bumper
Engine is in flawless shape and has just had stage 2 completed about 5000 kms ago.
6speed manual
Never smoked in
Canadian car
BBS SSR 19inch rims front and back. Beautiful match for the car.
Rims have minor curb rash from previous owner.
Windshield in perfect shape.
Heated seats that hold you tight and everything you would expect bmw to put in this car is there.

Future maintenance:
Tire tread is below 20% on back and about 40% on front.
*I will be purchasing new tires for the car, or if car is sold before i do i will take 1k off the price.
Only other thing that needs to be fixed is windshield washer fluid reservoir tank was cracked. Could either be patched up or a new one bought. I just never got around to it.
